Hi, my name is Coach Rose. I am the new head coach for Sac Town Tsunami. I have had a love for swimming for many years. I swam both USA and recreational. I've also played USA water polo, soccer, horseback riding, and dance. I am super excited to be coaching again this season! Outside of swim, I enjoy going to the beach, history, painting and hanging out with my rabbit. I look forward to this season!
Hi, My name is Coach Jade! I'm an assistant coach for Sac Town Tsunamis. I've had a love for swimming and coaching for many years, having swum for EGAC and Rec Swim with Tsunamis. I'm super excited to be coaching again this season! Outside of Swim, I enjoy baking, hiking and spending time with family and friends. Can't wait for a wonderful season!
hi my name is Vincent. I am a new assistant coach for sac town tsunami. I swam on this team for 13 years and i have grown a passion for the team over the years so coming to coach is a big thing to me especially because it is for the team i have grown in for many years. I have played soccer, swimming but swimming has always been my main sport for a lot of reasons but the main one is because my brothers have swam for this team when they were younger. Outside of swim i really enjoy playing basketball with my friends and hanging out with my family and going to school. I am really looking forward to the swim season and coaching and improving the swimmers along the way.
Hi, my name is Coach Mia and I am the assistant coach for the Sac Town Tsunamis! I’m originally from the Bay Area and recently moved to Sacramento to pursue my Masters in Psychological Research at Sac State. Swimming has been my first love as a sport. I have over a decade of competitive swim experience and 7+ years of teaching/coaching experience. My biggest accomplishment to this day has been competing at the CCCAA Swimming State Championships and placing 4th in the 100 fly. I strive to be a coach who helps other swimmers unlock their true potential through perseverance and determination. Outside of the pool, I love making matcha, playing pickleball, and dinosaurs!
Hi, my name is Jimena! I am one of the assistant coach for Sac Town Tsunami . I have been part of the team for 14 years. I have also been involved in swim at Laguna Creek High School, and am currently swimming with Cosumnes River College. Outside of swim I enjoy shopping, baking, and catching the sunset . I am excited to see what this season brings!
Hi Tsunami families! My name is Josephine (Jojo) West and I am so excited to be a returning Junior Coach this season! I am currently a freshman at Elk Grove High School, I participate in their FFA program and I am on their Flag Football, Basketball, and the Swim team. I joined the Tsunami's in 2014 and have been here ever since. I have the biggest passion for swimming because of the community it provides, the growth I see in myself and others, and the friends I make along the way! I have been Junior coaching since 2021, and I look forward to seeing all the achievements and memories that are made this season!
