This Wednesday evening is our opportunity to learn Stroke and Turn and starter positions at the NCSL officials clinic. Details available in the schedule tab on our website. If you want to volunteer for these positions and haven’t completed training, this is a great opportunity. It’s held at Rusch pool where Sunrise Sharks practice. Reach out with any questions!

Reminder to all swimmers that the February is a "Dry Month" meaning swimmers cannot be in the pool receiving ANY kind of instruction if your swimmer plans to participate in summer recreation league. Doing so may jeopardize a swimmer's eligibility. If you are currently swimming on a year-round team, please cancel your membership by January 31. What is “Dry February”? Swimmers may not follow written instructions and/or practice on their own. Parents/other relatives/friends/ coaches are not permitted to give instruction from the pool deck. Water safety/learn to swim classes are not permitted in February. Exceptions to “Dry February”: High School swimmers may practice with their High School teams Intercollegiate (junior college, community college, college or university) swimming teams; Water polo or synchronized swimming teams practice
