Rio Vista Pentathlon - Declare your swimmer ASAP

Hello Tsunami Families!

Please log on to our Swimtopia website and declare your swimmer (attending/not attending) for the Rio Vista Pentathlon (5/17/25).  There is a video to help you guide you through this process if needed. 

Please remember, swimmers will swim all 5 events for their age group to give them a seed time for future meets.  There will be an awards ceremony following the event.

Team will cover the $25 entry fee for all swimmers participating in this event. You will not need to pay anything additional for this event.

Dry February

Reminder to all swimmers that the February is a "Dry Month" meaning swimmers cannot be in the pool receiving ANY kind of instruction if your swimmer plans to participate in summer recreation league. Doing so may jeopardize a swimmer's eligibility. If you are currently swimming on a year-round team, please cancel your membership by January 31. What is “Dry February”? Swimmers may not follow written instructions and/or practice on their own. Parents/other relatives/friends/ coaches are not permitted to give instruction from the pool deck. Water safety/learn to swim classes are not permitted in February. Exceptions to “Dry February”: High School swimmers may practice with their High School teams Intercollegiate (junior college, community college, college or university) swimming teams; Water polo or synchronized swimming teams practice
